Dear Sir,

I placed order for acrelic switch boards to a local shop keeper and he asked to pay 4050 ruppes in advance to book order and he committed to refund difference amount if billing will be lesser then the advance. So I have paid 4050 rupees in advance to the owner of the shop. Actual bill amount was 3030 rupees.This gentleman has committed to refund the difference amount of rs 1020 and for that he has kept delaying dates for payment and now is denying to pay the difference amount. Also I have asked him to provide the original bill but he is not giving any bills also. So, kindly requesting you to help me in solving the case.
