Sub: Complaint Against NSDL – National Securities Depository Ltd

Dear Sir/Madam: I’d like to bring to your notice the Pathetic Service of the NSDL. 1. I have been trying to register for NSDL “Direct Registration for IDeAS facility” However, the website is so poorly designed it will not let me enter the last 4 digits of bank account number nor let me generate the OTP. Order them to get this Fixed on a War Footing. 2. The number listed for Customer Service 022 – 2499 4200 goes unanswered – You call either in Morning / afternoon or Evening nobody is bothered to reply. Is this the “Digital India” which the Prime Minister is talking about ? Show him this complaint and how lethargic / efficient the Depositories are working.
