Number portability Problems in Airtel

I am Shalini, I ported my number from vodafone to airtel, I got confirmation from airtel and Vodafone about porting date and time. Vodafone has stopped services as expected but from 28th dec there is no network in my airtel SIM, I have called customer care 10 times all time some different reason. Some one says it is not valid airtel number other executive says it has been activated I am helpless now don’t know what to do , I have not expected such unprofessional answer from airtel. Please let me know how my number can be activated. I am bearing huge loss on my business calls.

COMPLAINT ABOUTREACHARGE DATA
Sir, i received massage on my no. 8827835317 from airtel for rs.18=500mb for 15 day on 30/12/13 at 1:52 pm.and recharge at 6:50 pm on same day. But i got only 90 mb for 3 days. Please solve my problem thanks.
