We checked in to Asia the Dawn hotel of Shimla, supposed to be a three star hotel on 25/05/15 evening. This hotel was also not a three star hotel. Cleanliness and breakfast quality was at its worst level and nowhere reflected three star quality. We were supposed to leave hotel on 27/05/15 early morning.

As a part of package breakfast was supposed to be packed for early morning departure to Manali. Since tour manager Mr. Gopalbhai could not convinced hotel staff to get the breakfast packed in early morning, we got delayed and reached Manali late night and we could not have our dinner properly due to late timings. 2. 27/05/15-29/05/15 at Hotel Snowpeak Retreat, Manali We checked in to hotel on 27/05/15 evening. There was a strike of transport union going on before we join this tour and we were not informed about the same and its consequences to our itinerary by Nutan Travels. We had plan to visit Rohtang Pass, since there was strike on 29/05/15, we had to remain at hotel wasting entire day. This was the only opportunity available to see main attraction of Manali. To see snow at Rohtang Pass, even after compromising our night we wake up and got ready by 4:00AM on 30/05/15. We suggested to even wake up early by 3:00AM but tour manager- Mr. Gopalbhai was confident that we would be able to reach Rohtang pass on time if we leave by 4:00AM. Tour manager- Mr. Gopalbhai assured us to get the breakfast packed for this early morning journey but in the morning he denied stating hotel’s inability to provide the breakfast. We again did not get our breakfast on 30/05/15 morning. We had to return from half way as quota of no. of tourist vehicles allowed to Rohtang Pass was over and we were late- Thanks to Nutan Travels!! We also purchased skiing costumes for Rohtang pass worth Rs.4000/-, even though Tour Manager-Gopalbhai was knowing that it would not be possible to reach on time, he let us purchased the same. Refund must be paid for this expenditure as well. We had to travel 24 hours along with our kids from Rohtang Pass to Dalhouise and reached Dalhouise on 31/05/15 early morning at 4:00AM. 3. 31/05/15-01/06/15 at Hotel Satyam International, Dalhouise!! This hotel was neither international nor three star: – Hotel did not have wash basin at their restaurant, for washing hands one needs to use jug of water and seek help of other person get his/her hands washed. – Hotel had one of the worst and dirtiest kitchen we have ever seen (photos are attached herewith). Having food prepared in this kitchen was risking health of us and our children! – There was no lift available and rooms were provided on 3rd floor. – Since there was no hot water available, we were delayed in our departure from Dalhouise to Chandigarh on 01/06/15. 4. 01/06/15-02/06/15 at Hotel City Heart Premium, Chandigarh Since we got delayed in departure from Dalhouise, we reached Chandigarh

Rs. 4000/- for skiing costumes should be reimbursed Rs. 10000/- for not providing 3 star hotel property in Shimla and Dalhousie as part of package
