Very unfair work ethic, I placed my order”500253856″ on 21 March 2016 I thought I will receive within 4 days but I didn’t receive, then I mailed and call you stating that I won’t be available at that address after 26 march 2016 please redirect my order to new address,your customer care executive said that he will freeze my order. But what you did now without my knowledge you delivered to old address that to in my mom’s hand, my parents hate online shopping because of you people I’m getting screwed. You don’t even have courtesy to ask before delivering to concern person what other e-commerce companies do Annoying things happened by you. *very late delivery and not delivered to concern person *no use of mail and calls *worst attitude by your customer care executive, who said me that he will freeze my order and redirect to new address *unlike other sites I paid you for shipping, but to reach you people through phone I have to wait for long time even for that I getting charged. *If I calculate money spent by my for this order except product price will be like Shipping+phone calls+data usage +courier charges to new address 50+20+5+85=160INR FOR THIS I CAN USE YOUR SITE AS reference and I can get products on shops like health & glow or stores where I can have more shopping experience in reality. Seriously very unhappy experience that to in first order.
