Its a long history. the case happened on 22 July 2014 after taking obc bank, kotak bank, and rbi ombudsman in loop i have succeeded in making kotak bank to send cctv footage to obc bank footage which i have not seen but i know it clearly shows that i am right and now bank is silent whenever i ask about it
amount involved was 10000 and till now rbi atm rule says fix the complaint or pay consumer 100 per day neither they paid me. the only basis is timings of transactions and cctv footage just these 2 will do the things automatically
