Snapdeal – Partial Refund on Returned Item

Hello, This is Kirthi Kumar Kyatham from Hyderabad. I’ve made a purchase of 3 SkullCandy Headsets worth 1497/- INR(each headset is worth 499/-) at Snapdeal‘s website on November 22, 2014 and the order ID is 3669969565. These items were shipped to me on November 28, 2014. On opening these products I found that these were not original, used and made of cheap quality. Since I was already using this product I was able to identify the duplicate one. I duly raised a complaint in this regard on December 5, 2014 with all the pictures of these faulty headsets. I requested return and refund of all the three headsets. In my email to the customer care, I always spoke of order ID 3669969565. Reverse pickup of the headsets was initiated by Snapdeal. My family members in my absence have handed over the all the 3 headsets to the delivery staff of Snapdeal. After the reverse pickup was done, I was given 499/- INR as refund through the same payment method I used for purchasing. Refund for only 499/- was made in this regard and the refund for 998/- is still pending. I have been calling them and emailing them but I have neither received any communication nor refund in this regard. Request number 12718503 & 12496188 have been given to me in this regard.

Refund of my money due as soon as possible.
