Sir,Ihave purchased 2 okaya batteries from BS Batteries on20-11-2000 for rs 19000,they have given the warranty of 36months in which replacement is of 30months but when ihave a problem in one battery i .registered the complain on 27-02 2013 after attending the complaint they have not updated the status when icalled them on 09-03-2013 on 18001037011 regarding complaint no 68794 they told me that battery is out of warranty because the dealer has sold the battery late to you,how can we check the dispatch status because warranty card is inside the sealed case of a battery.Ikindly request to help me for replacing battery,please do the needful THANKS
