I had booked a Ola mini yesterday from baner to amanora mall the amount showed me was 315 for the bill and they charged me 770. After speaking to customer care they are telling it was a peak hour and I have mentioned that you cannot charge double for peak hours from me , also without notifying me .They have no answer for this. 2nd Issue with ola is.. I don’t use their ola money credit services. Since I always keep my ola Account recharge. Out of no where they ask me to clear my dues for ola credit, for which I haven’t asked them to activate the service. everytime they charge me 500 for it. when I clear all my bill amount via ola money or by cash, then there is no possibility that their will be any dues. 3rd issue is even when their cab drivers cancel the cab. I am being charged for it. I have spoken to them so many times.. But they act dumb as if it doesn’t matter to them. They are eating up my hard earn money.
