Fraudulent bookings have been done through My Ola ID . Inspite of denying booking, journey has been done in Bangalore while I was in Mumbai. Company has been casual in replying on such incidents. This is serious threat towards hacking or IDs being used by anti social elements.

Written reply from company explaining real reason and checks and balance is place for such incident. Also acknowledging such a error and clearly accepting responsibility for such a error. Also it shall say that in future there shall not be any responsibility towards me for such bookings.
