I have taken a postpaid plan Tata Indicom of Rs.222 with the following benefits: 48000 sec free per month 300 MB 3G data Free per month For the last generated bill I have used almost 17000 Sec for calling and only 101 MB 3G data. According to the plan They should have charged me only Rs.222+Tax. But now they are charging me according to their own concept of Prorated billing. Sir My complain is that if I have not crossed the limit of their plan then why I should pay more because of their Own concept of Prorated billing. Even I have never signed any document for them.

I want to waived off the extra charges and billed me only according to my plan that Rs.222+Tax.
