Have brought my Ritz LDI from Auto Hitech Pvt. Ltd., Kolkata on 12th Jan,13 (model-Ritz CDI, Chasis No-368874,Engine No-1786901).Have so far run around 2200 kms. Its majorly self driven. Very very disappointed with diesel mileage(around 10.58 its giving in city roads) wherein the average returns my other friend who have also got a Ritz diesel model near about same time as me from Dewars Garage is getting 16/20 kms per litre in city roads Also, the model given to me clearly looks a used model (the outside polish, and the inside décor, scratches in all the doors etc all looks jaded which have been pointed out by car shop accessories, friends as well) from day one and lacks a fresh car look. Can it be a used/recycled model or a car being used for trial purpose? Am afraid of the genuine possibilities of such an event occurring For both the reasons, request immediate corrective steps from Maruti Suzuki(by through examination/investigation and if proved right-exchanging the car and giving me a new model,since am not ready to accept an old model for showroom price) so that the faith in the institution remains intact. The customers showing their faith in you through investments of their hard earned money in your products should be given eminent priority and not be duped in any which ways

Through examination of the car and exchanging the car model for a new model since i had to pay 5.80 lacs for it (exshowroom price) for an old,jaded used car of the dealer,by the look and feel of it
