Recently one of my friend vacated the pay guest accomodation(PG) while vacating he was charged an amount of 2500/- rupees of more instead of giving 5000/- rupees which we have submitted in pre hand while entering the PG as an advance amount with no proper receipt. 2.The rent amount for the month is 6200/- even that is taken in pre hand.(Which is not at all worth) On a whole they on hold, an amount 11500 rupees, top on this 3.They are charging commercialised electricity bill from us which they are expected to pay. 4.My friend had vaccated the bed and on 07/06/2013 and he was forced to pay the bill of 15 day extra that is till 22/06/2013. Now, all of a sudden PG fellow have give the same bed to a new guy. when we question him, he replied with in an abusive slang that if we not interested to stay even we can leave(in a local language). 5. we are left with no option to leave since, he threatens us with the PG staff (cook,cleaner,helper,watchman and other) even, this had happen with my friend before he was leaving all then staff came down and stood in front of him to show the majority and demonstrating a physical threat if he leave. He finally had to paid more then what he have to and only then he was allowed to leave the PG. NOW, the same threat call is been made to us as we about to leave the PG.So, he started to play his evil Eye on us.

we want a valuable service for what we pay. We wish the license of this PG to be cancelled and set an Example for other if they look forward to adapt these. we need some support for the humiliation and threat from them. And of course regulation on PG rates
