On jan 29 i paid ? 20000 to pet and pet needs to buy 2 puppy. He told me that i will get my puppies by 7 days time. He then started to cheat me. He was not receiving my calls. After 2 months he told me that he will return my money. But after that also he is again not receiving my calls and when he is online in a social networking website. He says that he will do it by 2 days but again the same problem continues.

I want back my ?20000 and the interest for keeping my money for 3 months.
