I have taken 4999 plan unlimited car ad posting from olx. We are facing lot of problems nowadays.. earlier when we post the ad in mira ROAD area where we stay it shows only in this particular area but now it is just in 1km distance area only until and unless if he select the distance option where a customer gets to see all area..but in this case customer don’t do RND or not all customers knows about it…in this way we r not getting sales and no calls as well..as it is now very tight market how we will survive…pls listen to Dealers who invest in u …make it simple when a customer open olx page Mumbai he should get recent posted ad all over Mumbai and not in particular area from where he is opening…pls do it ASAP we r not at all happy with this option…and second thing on the front page where msg/chat option is given pls keep the call option in front bcoz lot of time pass our msg is completely full we can’t even expect our personal msg …pls listen to us who faces the problem here ..bcoz of us olx is in market and if u don’t listen to us then we will have to see other options..
