Dear Sir, I have booked one plot with M/S OMAXE LTD. in Allahabad, Uttar Pradesh in August 2011. Company comitted to alot the plot after 24 month of maturity period. Once the time completed, I start communicating with OMAXE’s Allahabad office named as “PANCHAM REALCON PVT. LTD.(A subsidiary of Omaxe Ltd.) N/A/2 2nd Floor, Civil Station, Near Yatrik Chauraha,Tashkand Marg, Civil Lines, Allahabad– 211001, INDIA”. They were telling that just wait little for few days. By this way it passed one year. Finally the OMAXE Ltd. start forcing me to apply for refund. On 12th August-2014 i applied for refund of money. About six month have been passed, but no refund / reply given by OMAXE Ltd.

Either OMAXE should allot the plot (land) as per my agreement OR refund my amount of Rs 1760000.00 with interest for the over maturity period of 18 months. This is my humble request to you to ask the OMAXE Ltd. to settle my issue with proper compensation either agreed land in township or money with interest.
