I ordered a watch for Rs.1476 on this site on 12 dec 2013. Payment was made through my credit card and I got a confirmation sms from my credit card bank that the amount has been successfully debited from my card. I changed my mind as soon I placed the order because I got the same product at a cheaper price on some other site. I immediately called their customer service no. 8860879053 the agent informed that they can’t refund my money and instead offer me a voucher of the same amount to be used for shopping on their site. i don’t want any voucher but my payment.

I want my money back. I want the amount Rs.1476 refunded back to my credit card (or given to me through Cheque/DD/Cash)
