I was about to receive my courier from ondot courier service (Docket no-600418561)which was sent from Sagar (M.p) but I haven’t received it till now for your kind information it has been more than 17 days from the date of dispatch. I had tried to reach them (courier service)through telephone but they keep on telling me there is no service on my end and ask me to their head office to collect my courier. So my main question is if there is no service on my end ,why they had not ensure me at first there is no service at your destination point .Even my sender had paid an amount of 130rs for that.

I Want my courier at my address as early as possible.
