My credit card ending 5209 has been subscribed for WalletAssist since 1 year. I just wanted to cancel my walletAssist subscription since I no longer require any protection on my cards, and also i have not even used it since the previous subscription. So its of no use for me to pay Rs.1799 every year! I am not interested in any other offers too. An Hour before, I just talked to customer care executive to cancel my Wallet assist subscription, but he is been totally uncooperative to accept my request. Rather he talks about other plans and giving me offers, which I clearly don’t want. Inspite of telling so many times that i want to cancel by subscription the customer care people is not willing to cancel and she is not at all ready to unsubscribe and not willing to credit my money back its really unethical
