Hi, This is perhaps the third time that I paid for poor quality, inedible food, I bought from La Marche (01244898xxx) This time it was la marche, South point mall. I bought a Black Forest pastry and one fruit pastry. It tasted weird.After consuming a bite, I felt awful. Such food is a serious risk to a person’s health. The base of the pastry clearly showed it was stale. It was dry plus the taste was not that of a fresh product. They think that Indian citizens are fool and can accept whatever they sell, than they are highly mistaken. I had written to them earlier also due to similar reasons but this time, I decided to approach the consumer court. I have the bill details with me for this product. In fact, the breads which were on display for selling purpose, had exceeded their expiry date. Another consumer in the store was complaining about that. Same was the case with other products such as cereal bars and cookies. I guess, I have enough reasons to prove that this store, despite it’s reputation, does not sell quality products. Please look into the matter. Its not about wasting the hard earned money but such products cause serious health issue. I still have the pastry with me, which can be tested in food-labs. I have a previous email as well wherein I warned them against such useless products.

The store should be given a warning for sure and compensate for my physical and financial discomfort.
