have purchased a wrist watch camera from an online portal called www.shopclues.com i had ordered for this product on 22 Sep 2014, 05:09 Order Number 20999925 i received the product on7th oct 2014.the merchant was Address C Block 124, Hari Nagar, Delhi – 110064Land Mark: Behind Hari Nagar Email appsecsol@gmail.com Website www.cctvlelo.com Contact Person Amit Singh 9582881213 when i received the product it was a different watch with different style.now when i contacted mr amit singh i told him that it is different product he said your ordered a watch this is watch what else you want.sir this is a cheat.mr amit singh and shoppclue has cheated me I booked something they gave me something . kindly tell me what action can be taken against them for this kind of cheating they are doing with innocent consumers kindly take necessary steps against them

i want my money back or the product i had ordered . here i ma attaching money receipt and picture of the wrist watch the 1st picture is the product i had ordered and 2nd picture is the product i have received which is very inferior and the style i do not want.
