Complaint is against www.oneassist.com, they sent my welcome kit after 3 months which should be delivered in 15 days. They did not settle my bills when i am in need. I asked them to cancel the policy on 20.9.14 and asked for refund but till date i did not receive any thing or not even a response

the company cheated in all the possible means and tortured me mentally for even a small thing. the money i paid is waste and when i lost my cards i traveled to home town with a great difficulty.
