My Elder brother (Consignor) had sent 19th October through DTDC courier with Shipment no. K7413899. Which had originated from Bolpur, Birbhum and final destination to me (consignee) at Bhopal. The courier company has charged Rs.440/- for deliver the goods withing 2 days. The goods not yet received and not return back to the sender.My beloved old aged parents sent Diwali Gift to us from my home town. The people are not accountable to respond still not getting proper communication neither from the origin booking counter nor from final destination office.

My request is very simple kindly deliver the item within stipulated time. If it is stolen/damaged/misplaced then make a suitable arrangement for compensation sum of Rs.6000/-
