Infibeam – False details order been delivered

I order 1 LG HD PLASMA TV 42PN4500 black, 42 inch on 3rd October 2014.In the starting the order to be shipped by 9th October 2014. But it was not shipped until 15th October 2014 after making tons of calls to customer care of infibeam, registering complaints. Details of order: Order Date: 3rd October 2014 Order ID: 13671709, Sub Order: 22887598 Total amount paid: 30415 INR First of all response from the customer representative was not satisfactory and each time they were saying that they will look into the matter. Second, after such huge pain and time wasting order has been shipped on 15th October 2014, with tracking code IBKLKTOL706912263, which turns out to be useless as no information was given. Now currently it shows that order has not been delivered due to “deps”. I called customer service several times but no concrete information has been given till now and no one in customer service is supportive and responsive neither they are replying on emails. They only know one line which is “We will look into the issue, give us some time”. It’s been over 1 month since I ordered the product with credit card payment (which has been cleared) and no body knows where is the product and what happened to the product and when it will be delivered.

Relief desire: Option 1: Delivery of the product in 1 week or till 13th November 2014 If option 1 is not met then, Option 2: a. Cancellation of my order from infibeam b. Full refund of the amount that I paid while ordering. c. Compensation for time loss and harassment by infibeam d. Any penalty/late fine/charges ,if any, incurred by credit card on me for the transaction (infibeam transaction for the order ). e. Public apology from infibeam for such incompetency and bad service (e.g. newspaper or social media or infibeam website etc)
