Hi Friends, Just to share personal Experience with One Biggest DTH Service Provider Company. If you all are Using services of DISH TV, India’s No-1 DTH Service Provider- As said by the Company itself. Yes True No-1 Service Provider in Charging Excess Amount of Money from the Customer. No-1 in Harassing the customer. Without your knowledge they would change your Package and say we upgraded your pack, and you being a fool end up paying extra for it. They remove all daily seen channels from Platform and make it available as Ala- carte Pack so that you as a customer again pay extra into their Pocket. A Little Comparison A Hign End Package of Dish Rs 500 (Without Channels like Star Movies Action, Sony, Pal, Max, Max2, Axn and lot more as you need to pay Extra to get these Channels) Airtel & Tata Sky Rs 450 (With All Channels No Etra Pay) If You Ask them to provide Star Movies Action & Sony Pal Channels, they would say that for that you need to go for software upgrade which is LNB Software which cost Rs 600 charged by DIsh TV. And after doing this you would come to know this would not help you to get those channels, infarct this would make your Connection from Standard to HD/ High Definition where in then you would again pay more as per HD packs in which those channels Star Movies Action & Sony Pal Channels are by default. Dish Tv own installation executive says to the customer do not go for software upgrade as forced by Customer care just to make their Targets Meet and make incentives. If you want to make you multiply connections into individual to disconnect one of the packs, then you need to call them 100 times to get the request done. Normally which takes 1 hour but they would take 24-48 hours. Their Customer Care number is always busy and if you send sms to call you would receive a either next day or same day but after 5-6 hours. Their email address to send mail related to queries/complaint does not work, if you send your mail to this mail id, you would get a reply mail by stating – This email id is no more functional.
