I had registered a complaint with Onida customer care in September-2014 for TV service. Service Engineer from Adonis Electronic Pvt Ltd came on 26th Sep & taken TV PCB with him. It was supposed to be returned in a week. Even after 6 weeks, the part is not returned. When I checked with customer care they mentioned that the case status shown as completed. When I talked to Mr.Anil from service centre, he had made several false promises that part will be delivered within 2 days – multiple times. Now he is not picking my call also.
