i was book onida LCD in JK Enterprises on 6 jan 2014 located at dombivali – e., They send delivery after 10 days. they are not give proper service related that product. 1. they are send man fixing tv on wall first day he told he not send that fixing kit, after 2 days he send another person for fixing wall mount told me that wall mount he bring that another model. for wall mount we take 8 days for fix. 2. they not gave proper tv remote. for that they told we will send one technician & he told remote not work he going to open that tv model and do any connection work. 3. they are going to give local remote from outside that one not original company product.

1. same company i want new piece (replace) 2. replace another brand (no china brand) 3. i want lcd tv on same rate i never pay any extra amount for that
