Onida washing machine – problem in the pressure valve

We purchased Onida Sparkle 65B washing machine from Pai International, Vijayanagar, Bangalore on 21st October 2011 with a warranty in case of faults within two years and an additional warranty of one year. After 8 months the thing rattled and squeaked so we called the customer complaints department. A technician came out after a week to fix the problem or so we thought but the technician banged hell out the machine to replace the faulty part. He also said he had a lot of problems to sort out with these machines as they had a faulty part .After several days we started the machine up and there was problem in the pressure valve. We called Onida again and they replaced the pressure valve. But after some time the water tub stopped responding. We again called Onida but the problem has not been sorted out. We had many calls to Onida and sent advocate notice also but they said it is Pai International that have your money not us. We said in reply but they are your distributors and they purchased it off you. All went quiet and they said they would not give us a new machine. The engineer is returning now to fix the problem but we have lost confidence in Onida. Onida are a nightmare in our opinion and spend more on service engineer visits than the machine cost. We have waited a total of more than an year without a washing machine and they care very little in our opinion. Please take action on them and help us out.

If possible, repair the Washing machine so that no problems will arise in the future or else give back our money.
