My d2h connection is not working from past 15 days and i have been calling customer care centre since then and i am getting the same answer from there that “their engineers will reach us within 24 hours” and i am totally fed up of this and we haven’t watched T.V. from last 15 days. I have got 2 connections of videocon d2h and none of them is working at all. Complaint No. 22533182 & 24953491.

I want them to visit and fix it. moreover i want reasonable monetary compensation as i have been calling them and have spent so much on phone calls.
