I have recharge (top up) my bsnl prepaid number 9427249808 by on line recharge facility provided by bsnl on 01/11/2009 which have following detail
Tr I D:- TXT 0111200900730
Receipt number:- 88888489952
Tr Date and time:-01/11/2009- 12.35.09 pm

But I have not received balance in my above pre paid number till today.(08/11/2009)
I have called several times in customer care call centre from 01/11/2009 to 04/11/2009 but my problem is not solved. Customer care executive replied that they have no information regarding on line recharge.
You will receive your balance within 7 days or your money will be credited back to your account but till date neither balance is given in my prepaid number nor money is credited back to bank account (SBI A/C)
