Dear Sir,
I have purchased a home on third floor of Park sundram apartments in Vaishali nagar area of Jaipur from M/S Gastalt Builders private Limited in year 2003. After one year the main water pipeline buried under main floor area got damaged due to poor quality and all house hold goods got damaged. I complained to builder and he agreed to repair that part. now from last 4 years i am facing leakage problem from every corner of my home and now its not possible for any plumber to stop it. now builder is also not listening our graveness. This type of leakage problem can be seen from any corner of whole building. I am a Government servant and not able to getting it repair everyday.
If this matter comes under consumer court category then kindly suggest me how to proceed further.
