First of all i have not received the receipt of payments made by me till date even after repeated mails and phone calls.As promised they have never lived up to their promise of providing correct information about grooms in lieu of the fees paid by us. The information given by them is all false.It has given us immense mental torture, loss of time and exerted extra pressure on us both mentally and physically. We have called them innumerable times and to differnt people in the same organisation but to no effect. They have always turned a deaf ear to our queries and kept delaying the main concern. We have not been given information of what we wanted (as promised) but instead chose to forcefully send informations which we were not bothered about.They have provided us with all wrong informations about the grooms for which we seeked their help(i can prove it). They have not shared information of what we wanted For example: when i seeked information and contact details of a particular groom i was given the no. of her colleague. What does it mean? what does it amount to? There are several such instances where it is difficult for us to outline in detail. We are hurt by their service and are aware about their fraudulent behaviour also. We have been cheated and duped of our hard earned money. They have not lived up to our expectations and promises made by them. We seek justice to the same and hope we get it. I need my money back as it has caused to much of mental trauma dealing with them. There is no element of consideration/alternative apart from getting my full amount back.

We want them to return our money (membership fees)as we have been cheated and harassed by them. Secondly also i want this service to be discontinued so that any other innocent people is spared to be cheated by them. Want an action against them. There have been cases in the past where they have done the same to others as well.
