Order no 20141129343570 is from 2014-11-29 and has only partly reached till today 5-Jan-2015, Hair Moisturiser and Veet hair removal cream out of the order have not reached. On complaining the customer care they have cancelled the order and credited LESS amount to the credit card(credited 538 in place of 582). Called customer care multiple times, they kept shifting the expected order delivery by 3-4 days every time we called.

Wife’s Hair rebounding worth Rs 7999 affected because the required moisturiser did not reach, it would cost at least 7999 again to get the hair back to shape. It will be a loss of Rs 7999 to me.
