I made a online purchase of Spice Mi-354,the product had a fault. I made a complaint to replace the product the next day which was confirmed to me on the same day. But they have not picked up the product from my premises as yet & there is no initiative on their part for replacing my product. I am in regular contact with the vendor for the same thing through mails & calls for the same. But i have not got any resolution to my problem. Kindly look into the matter & guide me in this regard.
