Dear Sir / Madam, I have purchased an item via www.bagskart.com & got a defective product. They told me to return the product & they have arranged the return courier also saying they will replace same product with better quality. I have returned the product on 10th of this month via BlueDart – 13887788460. They have been in touch – Sanchita & Amit told initially 24 hrs & now 10 days & again they are saying they will not replace now today. I am not sure every time they are saying some or the other reason & not returning my product.
I lost the bag MRP 1299. I want my product in extremely good condition immediately. Every day they are giving some or the other different reason & not returning my bag. Wasting my time & creating mental tension. 011 4949 4646 support@bagskart.com
Want my bag in good condition & if possible any compensation as I was not able to give it as gift to my wife on her birthday. Sir, I have most of this communication tracked in their website https://lenskart.zendesk.com/requests/146251, which shows I am genuine. I have all the emails also where they said they will return me the same bag.
