Hello sir/madam. I have ordered a half kg eggless cake and 10 red roses from online delivery company and I paid full money from my debit card .my order no is-21309 and they suppose to delver these items before 6 pm today and they charred me extra 100 rupees for delivery bit till now they have not delivered any kind of item and they are not answering my phone since 5 pm today.I had tried lots of time but no response from their side . I want my money back and please punish this company so that they get a lesson and in future they will not think to cheat any body like me.

I want my money cash back with penalty because I wanted to surprisey relatives but till now my gifts could not reached .you tell if you want send any dift for any one of your relatives and it delivers next day then what will be advantage to order online gifts and extra money
