Hi Sir/Madam, I have a prepaid mobile connection #93130-01xxx with Reliance Communication. I am facing this issue with their service. Whenever I have recharged my prepaid account , money has been deducted from my account. This have been happened 4-5 times. I have to lodge a complaint again and again and after waste my lot of time with their customer supports, they refund my money. This time again money has been deducted from my Prepaid account. I have recharged below three packs and now my account balance is Null. 149 Rs Internet pack recharged on 24/01/2015 01:18:27 recipient number AMIR66535883. 100 Rs talk time recharge on 25/01/2015 10:16:30 recipient number AMIR66576002. 10 Rs talk time recharge on 26th January just for testing through third party. My all money has been deducted and balance is 0.0 Rs. I have already enabled DND service on my mobile number +91-93130-01406. No extra service is activated but still they deducted the amount every time. I am just fed-up with their service.

I want my money back and guranty that it will not happen again.
