Aircel – Wrongfully Unfair Balance Deduction

Dear sir, I am an aircel customer from past two years. Yesterday, on 25 Jan 2015 i recharged my number with rs 75 and then my balance was about 100 rs. This morning when i checked my balance i found it 22 rs. How is it possible as i didnot raised any service requests and didnot get any notification of it. Later i again checked my account balance and found it to be 0.57 paise which was more than 100 rs a day before. I did not have any subscriptions and did not raised any request of same. I did a call only which cost me about 3 or 4 rupees. The amount has been wrongfully deducted from my account and i am not able to contact customer care. Every time i try to speak to customer care executive i always get a message that all the customer care executive are busy every time. I’ve tried it several times and then I had logged my complaint online and its reference number is-“1-18138550213” but to the latest they have closed my complaint file without sorting it out.
