LICHFL CARE HOMES started a project “Jeevan Anand” for senior citizens at Bhubaneswar, Odisha during April 2011. the project was scheduled to be completed in 2 years and delivered by April 2013. The builder has already taken 90% of the total cost of the house since July 2013. Construction is yet to be completed.On inquiry I came to know that it will take minimum one more year and expected to be completed by end of 2016.

The building should be handed over at the earliest. Interest on the amount paid, for the delayed period. Low quality materials used in the building must be replaced.
