my device7C+(corner camera) is struck on DATAWIND LOGO…and not responding.I rebooted,reset the factory of device. but it wont help me. so I call their support center,even email them,but they don’t respond to any of them. I register my problem via phone and they promise me to reply via Email within 24 hour. I have purchased it on 22 may’2013.the device worth rupees 4999+200(courier service)which I have to pay CASH ON DELIVERY. and after that worth rupees 150 is being spend to complain them via mobile phone almost 10 to 12 times.

I want them to service or repair my device free of cost as it is on warranty. if it is not, I want my money back from them and I will return the device to them.
