Vodafone Wrong Billing, Problem in customer care service, CHENNAI

I AM USING VODAFONE POSTPAID FOR LAST FEW MONTHS, my mobile no.9710550301 Bill no.0049726250 Bill period 20.05.2013 to 19.06.13 Bill date 20.06.2013 i had send a sms requset for increase my data usage plan for additional 1GB. i had been already in 1GB (300 rs plan) after using my 1GB data usage i had send an sms to 111 to increase additional DATA usage of 1gb. after the billing period i had received bill for rs.2273. they didn’t include the additional 1gb data usage and billed it as extra data usage and billed for extra data usage charges for rs.971/- after receiving the bill i had filed a compliant in vodafone customer care tho’ tele conversation. they ask for two days time and they will revise the bill and forward a new bill. for this complaint i did receive any further details from customer care. and then i had mailed a complaint to the vodafone customer care cell tho’ email. later i had spoke to another representative viz. p.saravana kumar. he ask me to forward the mail to his official id. and i did so. even though i didn’t get any contacts from the vodafone representatives.

I feel too bad about the bill I am not willing to pay my hard earn money for these cheating fellows. I need relief for my mental agony. I need 10,000 rs as a relief fund from the Vodafone network and also make free my about said bill. This is the final place I can file my complaints about these poor network. I need justice for the cheating bill.
