Hello Sir, I am Abhishek meena from Jaipur,Rajasthan. I ordered(order no-9976861) a Combo of bike brake lock and multi-purpose cable lock on www.tradus.com.it’s seller was Shriram Auto Sales 54,vardan house,chabi ganj,Kashmere Gate,Delhi-110006.Ph no. 7838565160 . Today I received order by firstflight courier.package was sealed when I received,later when I opened it , it had only one item inside the package.Bike break lock was missing.i didn’t get any response of my emails.tradus have no costumer care helpline number or any other contact number.

few days before I had almost lost my Bajaj pulsar 200 bike by thiefs.luckly I found my bike soon.so I ordered these locks to keep the bike safe.in future If I lose bike that have cost around 86,000.Tradus would be responsible for it.

I just want my full order. 2 different lock that I ordered and got just one(multi purpose cable lock).so I want to get another disk break lock as soon as possible and also my 300 Rs. back which I gave them in advance using credit card.because of Fraud and very poor service both in delivery and respose.thank you
