I ordered Samsung mobile in Ebay on 20th June 2013 and corresponding paisepay ID 33905170280, I haven’t received the item but they claim that it has been delivered. I investigated personally and found that the seller has cheated during shipping ie., he has given his phone number (8125741078) as primary and my number (9642001500) as secondary while making shipment through DTDC. DTDC as a general practise called up first number and some one received the item at DTDC delivery centre (west Venkatapuram, Secunderabad) by forgery signature, so DTDc not delivered shipment to address. I have checked the delivery registry and the signature doesn’t match. When I tried to call the primary number(8125741078) as per the DTDC register the call is getting auto forwarded to my mobile number (9642001500) and based on this Ebay customer support concludes that item was delivered to me and rejects my claim request. I have collected the following Proof’s: 1. Orderconfirmation with paisapay ID. 2. Invalid DTDC AirWayBill number given in Ebay transaciton with comment “user edited” 3. New DTDC AirWayBill number (H18785270) from the seller on 4th July after delivery time finished. 4. DTDC delivery registery photo copy. 5. call logs from my mobile service provider stating the calls are forwarded from 8125741078. 6. DTDC declaration from booking office that no security packing related to Mobile in the shipment of AWB # H18785270.

1. I lost my money of Rs.16,250 /-. 2. I went to Hyderabad several times for this and unnecessary spent of 4 days of paid leave. 3. Due to frequent unplanned leaves My employer lost faith on my credibility. 3. Mental torture from Ebay in regards of claim process and irrelevant questions 4. Some unknown number(8125741078) was put on call-forward which have put me in high risk that it may be utilised for anti-social activities.

1. The order amount Rs. 16,250 /- should be refunded. 2. I need a compensation of Rs. 60,000 /- covering my paid leaves, travel expenses, phone call expenses, time and mental agony.’
