I purchased one hand set from this website and its companies own website but phone quality was not as mentioned so i returned the handset to the company they said that the refund will be sent within 7-21 days it has already passed 21 days but I have not received my refund they only give fake hope I have given them my ank details as well but nothing yet

I had taken loan for this hand set now I don’t have money nor I have the hand set I am paying the money for nothing as loan e.m.i
