Online Shopping – lousy & low class Portal

Dear Sir This is with reference to my purchase of Sony Power Bank Order ID : AB2766256 ordered on 5th of May. I have received wrong power bank of xiomi instead of Sony. I had lodged complaint for the same 11.05.2015 , complaint no : QRC534004. After waiting for 15minutes in your call centre, your executive had asked that I would get a call back but since then 5 days have been passed but there has been a no satisfactory reply from your company. Today again I called up to your call centre to speak to a senior manager but your executive kept me on hold for 12 minutes after which I had to disconnect call by myself. You people are so unprofessional that you do not care for your customer who has already paid to you for his product and now in spite of replacing the product immediately you people want me to first wait for the product to get recollected and then again wait for refund to come in my bank account. I have for the first time seen such a lousy and low class shopping portal. I would never ever buy from your portal and would also not suggest any one to buy from you people. I was supposed to gift it to someone who`s birthday already has gone now. I want you people to compensate me against the harassment and inconvenience you people have given to me. If not given a satisfactory response I may be forced to lodge complaint with consumer court. Very pathetic service. now almost 10 days have been passed but no action and reply has been taken. i had to see soo much of harassment as my money was gone and no one was giving proper response on customer care. i want them to pay a penalty of 10000 for creating such a nuisance and inconvenience.
