I had ordered a Sl. No 402-6826336-9065155, LG 32LB515A 81 cm (32 inches) HD Ready LED TV (Black) on 6th Dec. Got a confirmation mail abt subject order being dispatched vide Docket No. 571262925 on 7th Dec and estimated date of delivery was 16th Dec. I paid the amount for subject item thru my debit card. Now it’s my turn to keep ringing customer care for my item. Every time i rang up, got one answer, Courier must hv delayed the shipment. Whereas i had approached Gati Regional Office, Area Office, Head Office n Customer Care, everyone is telling thats this is INVALID Docket No. No Data Found for this Number. Still no outcome.

My Ordered Item with penalty for my mental agony n expenses occured by making numerous calls on their numbers.
