Online Shopping – Not received products no response

i had placed an order for two products and made the payment(Rs. 7000/-)for the same via credit card and was promised that the products would be delivered on 30 Jul 14. however till todate (13 Aug 14) i have not received the products. every time i call the customer service im told that they would revert back to me immediately ive called them atleast ten times every day but no joy and at times even the telephone calls are cut abruptly after keeping me on hold. ive also raised a complaint and the complaint No. is 5614080594659 dated 10 Aug 14. inspite of this there has been no action.

i want (a) delivery of the products on priority (b) strict punitive action to be initiated against the company
