this is to inform that i ordered cake and flowers from f&p order number OR-10243832. the cake was to reach the destined place before 12 oclock.i paid the amount in advance.however the order was cancelled the team on the day delivery was to be made causing me immense agony . i was forced to make alternative arrangements on the last minute.this is despite the fact that they charged premium rates.

they took an advance and refused to deliver the product thus failing to fulfill their obligation. they charge premium rates for delivery they should have informed beforehand however they cancelled the order on final day causing 1398 economic damage and immense agony and distress.
