Relaxopping (shopping sister concern of Grit education solution pvt. ltd.) offered me electronics combo (TV+Laptop+Mobile+Watch) at Rs. 45,000 with advance payments of Rs. 8,750 and balance payments on COD basis, Relaxopping has not dispatched material even after advance payment, and not responding properly about either material patch or payment refund. As per e-mail address is “B-16, floor no-5,Sohna complex sector 42,Gurgaon,Haryana”. As per web-site address is “Om Complex Noida Sec 15”.

Either return of my money (Rs. 8,750.00) or balance payment of Rs. 36,250.00 will be made upon delivery of goods.
