I had ordered 5 items on 24th of June and the same was delivered its courier team but they never reached out to me, except for once where I asked them to come next day or evening as I was in office post that I tried to reach the delivery boy but he never picked up.

Only after I complained to customer care about it, the delivery guy calls me back, not to deliver but to ask why did I complain of him, so I told him as he was not picking my calls or calling me back, i asked him to deliver it at least by next day but instead he disconnected the call abruptly and was least bothered to call back.

I informed customer care about it twice initially they assured it will be resolved and I will get the products but eventually the order got cancelled the very next day (after I complain) I get a message stating my order are cancelled due to no response from my side, I informed customer care about it and the response I got was shocking they asked me to place a new order against this one as they would not be able to help on it and call was disconnected. This was the worst experience I ever had with any online purchase. Order No.:1050124-2051799-0046601
